Spruce Point Inn offers multiple lodging options for guests to choose from within their count of 83 accommodations. Guests can select from Lodge Rooms, The Inn, Cottage Rooms, Cottages, or Townhouses all located on the Spruce Point Inn Resort property.

The Lodge Rooms are located within seven different lodges each with its own name to help guests locate their room. These rooms offer from 600 to 750 square feet of modern living space, with refreshing ocean breezes throughout. Each room has a living room or sitting area to relax and spread out, oversized bathtubs in the private bathroom and separate showers. The private covered porches are perfect for getting some fresh air, without straying too far from the comfort of the room. These Lodge Rooms are available with woodland view, partial oceanview, oceanview or oceanfront. The Lodge rooms are perfect for families since some of them can accommodate up to six guests.

The Inn offers guests raised views of the waterfront and cozy, charming accommodations. There are no elevators in the Inn, therefore guests with mobility issues should select from another room option. Within the Inn, there are five traditional guest rooms plus the “Crow's Nest” and two very roomy “Officer Suites”. Most of the rooms feature a private patio with Adirondack chairs, perfect for lounging with privacy. The “Crow's Nest” has premier oceanviews and is located on the third floor, up a narrow staircase, giving the feeling of climbing up to a crow's nest. It is a smaller room, but with the expansive views it is one of the most popular. The Captains Quarters is a 500 square foot room on the second floor. It features a king size bed, with top notch oceanviews through windows on two sides of the room. The Admiral Quarters Suite is a spacious 900 square feet and claims two-thirds of the top floor. It features a master bedroom with a king bed and a walk out balcony. The view of Boothbay Harbor from the picture window is gorgeous and has guests coming back. There is a separate living area, which features a pull-out sofa for added sleeping accommodations, plus a small breakfast nook area.

The Cottage Rooms are found within four cottage units. They are available with either woodland view or oceanfront view. The décor is done with a traditional cottage flare in pine and painted wainscoting, but with all the modern amenities guests should expect from a top rated resort.

The Cottages are the perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic, charm with secluded privacy. These housekeeping cottages are available with a woodland view or on the oceanfront. There are five cottages amongst the woods and three along the oceanfront. They are perfect for couples and large families alike. Each cottage has its own charm and personality, but all cottages feature private porches, full kitchen or galley kitchen, separate living areas with cozy gas fireplaces, and decorated with resort antiques. The Cottages range in size from one bedroom up to four bedrooms, which is ideal for large families or groups traveling together.

Townhouses are modern two and three bedroom units scattered throughout the property with woodland views and views of the manicured landscape. They are two storey buildings featuring full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and laundry facilities. Having separate bedrooms means these townhouses are perfect couples traveling together or families requiring a little space to sprawl out. The living area boasts a cozy wood-burning fireplace for those chilly evenings along with vaulted ceilings for a majestic feel. It is important to note that the Townhouses do not have air conditioning, however fans and window air conditioner units may be requested. Regardless, the Townhouses are truly a home away from home.

There are three on-site dining options available for guests to choose from, all of which are very popular choices even amongst locals. Guests will enjoy locally caught selections from the nearby waters, locally grown, organic produce and even herbs and lettuce which is grown right in the resorts very own garden.

Guests can enjoy sipping a beverage in the Inn lounge. There is also Bogie's which is a tavern type atmosphere with pub fare and casual atmosphere. They boast a great menu of local wines, beers and ales and handcrafted creative cocktails. It is a lively atmosphere with beautiful views and a patio for guests to sit in the fresh air to sip their beverage of choice.

The Spa at Spruce Point Inn is the place to go for total relaxation, pampering and rejuvenation. Their intimate facilities feature five treatment rooms, a changing area, and a lounging area on a private deck with a hot tub. The spa uses only organic Maine ingredients in their treatments. Guests can choose from one of many signature massages, body treatments, facials or even body wraps. Due to this spa being a boutique spa, with limited space, it is recommended guests make reservations at least two weeks prior to their intended visit, to ensure availability. The spa is open from May to October each year.

Golf

Boothbay Harbor Country Club is located a short distance from downtown Boothbay Harbor and offers a championship 18 hole golfing experience for golfers to enjoy. There is caddy service available upon request to assist in any way they can. The course boasts scenic views, fresh sea breezes and challenging holes for all skill levels. There are four climate controlled restrooms complete with refrigerators stocked with bottled water throughout the course. At the turn, golfers can pause their game to enjoy a drink or quick bite at Over the Ledge, the outdoor patio. In May through to October, families will love gathering together at the end of the day around the Inn's outdoor firepit to make S'mores. This has been a long standing tradition at the Inn and takes place Thursday to Saturday evenings.

If couples prefer, there is an outdoor tented courtyard at Pemaquid as well. This ballroom can accommodate from 75 to 250 guests. The menu for any wedding can easily be customized and will definitely be a highlight of the reception.

For anyone planning a conference or other large group gathering, Spruce Point Inn is an ideal setting to host any event. With over 10,000 square feet of indoor space and 4000 square feet of outdoor patio space, there is definitely an area which will accommodate any work-related event, reunion or other special occasion. Groups from 14 to 400 people can be accommodated and the Inn staff will work to assist in planning the perfect combination of off-site and on-site activities for any group gathering. The staff have made connections with local vendors to provide great activities for team building, group activities and just bonding together—all great for company retreats or even family gatherings.

Spruce Point Inn is proud to be a part of the Boothbay Region Land Trust Program, which strives to conserve much of the surrounding natural lands and waterfronts. The Inn is very proud to offer over 30 miles of hiking and birding trails run through the Land Trust Program. Some of these are available by boat only.

Along with having great kids programs and family-friendly atmosphere, the Inn also has other great amenities, including two outdoor pools—one of which is saltwater. There is also a private boat launch for those bringing their own watercraft to the Inn. Guests can enjoy sailing aboard the Sarah Mead, a classic Friendship Sloop sailboat. This sailboat is operated by a one man crew and will take guests right from the Spruce Point Inn dock.
