Stonewater Cove Resort and Club is an all-inclusive, scenic destination set amongst the beautiful greenery of Mark Twain National Forest. Stonewater Cove Resort and Club has 25 rooms and suites. Each room was designed specially by the owner and have their very own unique décor, which provides guests with a combination of log cabin type décor with an elegant twist. The rooms are available in four categories: Luxury Rooms, One Bedroom Suite, Two Bedroom Suite and Three Bedroom Suite.

The Luxury rooms are available with either a king size bed with a queen sleeper sofa or with two queen size beds. The in-room bathroom feature a large bath tub for relaxing bubble baths and guests will enjoy a rainfall shower room. From the windows guests will enjoy the wooded beauty of the surrounding forests. These rooms are about 440 square feet.

The One Bedroom Suite has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the separate living area. Included are lounge chairs, a kitchen table and a bathroom complete with a large bubble tub and rainfall shower room, plus a private toilet room. There is a private deck with a view of the shoreline through the forest. This suite offers approximately 680 square feet of space.

The Two Bedroom Suite has a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with either two twins or another king size bed with a private bathroom and then a separate living area with a half bath. The deck and windows overlook the wooded shoreline. This has enough room for up to seven guests and is about 1200 square feet.

The Three Bedroom Suite features two king size beds, five twin beds and a living room, half-bath and private deck. These suites are located lakeside and accommodate up to 9 guests with a very roomy 1400 square feet.


2. Dining at Stonewater Cove

At the Lodge restaurant, meals are set at certain times of the day with an ever-changing menu. Guests can enjoy their dining experience while overlooking Table Rock Lake and socializing with other guests.

Breakfast can be as light or as hearty as one likes, depending on their preferences. Options such as pastries, omelets and biscuits and gravy are available along with premium coffee and juices. For lunch, guests can either eat in the lounge, by the poolside or even request that lunch be boxed up for an on-the-go option. Lunches are usually items like burgers, sandwiches or wraps.

Dinner can range from a gourmet meal to something as casual as barbeque. A new menu is created each day to keep things fresh and enjoyable for guests. There are usually two or three selections to choose from. Snacks are also included like S’mores and chips. For kids, there are special menu items with favorites like mac and cheese or chicken fingers. Saturday nights, The Lodge is open to the public for dining, reservations are required. There is 24 hour room service available for all registered guests.

The bar area is located in the lounge, where guests can enjoy a selection of spirits, beer and wine at an additional charge above the all-inclusive rate. It is a rustic area, done in stone and wood beam work for a true cottage feel.

It is laid back yet elegant at the same time. Guests can enjoy their drinks while playing board games or watching television or movies in the media area. If guests prefer non-alcoholic drinks, those are provided free of charge as part of the Full American Plan.


3. The Treehouse Spa

The Stonewater Cove Resort has a very unique spa experience for guests. The Treehouse Spa is actually made up of three separate treehouses which are accessible via winding paths along the grounds of the resort. Guests will feel as though they were in their own private hideaway. One treehouse is dedicated for meditation and the other two are treatment rooms.

The vaulted ceilings, oak and cedar woodworking and floor to ceiling windows for a view of the lake all add to the relaxing ambience. The spa has an a la carte menu for guests to order from as an additional dining option. The use of cedar is no coincidence, since cedar aroma is said to have a sedative and relaxing affect, even bringing one closer to God. The spa use is reserved for guests of the resort only and it is recommended to make reservations for preferred treatments at least 48 hours in advance.

Weddings are always beautiful at Stonewater Cove Resort with the lush forestry and foothills surrounding the area and lake nearby. There are indoor and outdoor ceremony locations to choose from and the rooms available for hosting the reception are a perfect, intimate setting for up to 85 guests.

The on-site wedding coordinator and concierge will work to help the happy couple have the wedding of their dreams at the resort. Stonewater Cove is an ideal location for corporate retreats with groups of 10 to 40 team members. The boardroom is ideal for holding meetings or workshops for up to 20 guests but if there are more people, a larger Conference room can be made available for such occasions. The resort staff are happy to customize an itinerary for each group or company.

Family reunions are unforgettable at Stonewater Cove. Families can book the entire resort for exclusive use when planning their next reunion or event. The concierge would be happy to put together a custom quote to meet each family’s specific needs and requests. Since there is something for everyone, each member of the family will enjoy their stay, from the thrill seeker to the kick back and relax type.

Guests can enjoy a fun game of mini-golf which is included with the all-inclusive package. If guests wish to golf, they will need to arrange transportation to the closest golf course, Kings River Golf Course, which is a 45 minute drive away from the resort. Family Services and Kids Club

With roomy suites available to accommodate large families and the endless activities that guests can be involved in, this will be a memorable family vacation. This wilderness adventure allows kids to enjoy activities like water skiing, ATV riding and fishing. The kids menu at The Lodge caters to the tastes of youngsters with favorite meals like macaroni and cheese. The in-room video games are perfect for kids to play while Mom and Dad catch an afternoon nap or just for a quiet evening in the room. Kids will love the S’mores by the bonfire in the early evenings.

Since Stonewater Cove Resort is set in a wilderness, natural setting, it is important that guests do not disturb the natural environment with trash and litter or pollution of the lake. The resort takes care to maintain the natural state of the foothills and the lush green acreage surrounding the property.

A special feature of this property is there is a no-tipping policy throughout the resort. There is an additional 15% added to guest’s bill to off-set this no-tipping rule.

A noteworthy feature of the resort, is the “lake” pool which is a docked-in area of the Table Rock Lake, exclusively for guests to swim in a serene, natural setting. Guests can also partake in additional charge activities such as guided ATV trips, motor boating, a day trip to Silver Dollar City and even zip lining. Guests are free to hike the trails of the foothills and pack along a picnic from The Lodge lunch menu to enjoy out on their hike.
