All of its menu items feature meats and drinks that originated in the Pacific Northwest.
Some menu items include a tartar caviar, which is a hand-cut Oregon bison Tartar served with pinot noir, and Amoosments, a rib cap and rib eye plate, made with beer tart and home-made chili pepper powder, grape sauce and bay leaves. Another restaurant option is the Barking Frog, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy breakfast burritos, brioche French toast and biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The chef only uses local, fresh ingredients. The Barking Frog also offers catering services in their mobile food truck which they use for events like weddings, corporate gatherings and picnics.
For guests who do not want to venture out and want to enjoy breakfast in bed or a relaxing night in can order from one of the hotel’s in-room dining menus. The hotel offers 24 hour dining services and has a breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert menu to satisfy all cravings at every hour of the day.
The Fireside Lounge is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a few cocktails. They have a long list of specialty cocktails like the Fire Sidecar, made with house-infused chai vodka, lemon, lime, orange and Cointreau, with a sugared rim and the Uno, Dos, Tres, made with a nice white tequila, maple syrup and orange bitters. The lounge offers a daily happy hour from 4-6 PM and a perfect pairing event every Wednesday night which, depending on the week, features a winemaker, distiller or brewer who provides samples and teaches guests about the art of making that particular beverage.
They offer a nice outside patio and fire pit that overlooks the garden for a relaxing night of sipping and conversation. Guests can also enjoy a bite to eat here. Some menu items include lamb burger sliders, fig and pig focaccia and a mezze platter.
